VideoAny (operated by ACKERMAN TECH SOLUTIONS LLC) is a browser workspace at https://videoany.ai for AI image generation and AI video generation.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit the site, create an account, buy credits or a membership, or generate files. By using VideoAny, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You can create an account with Google, GitHub, or an email address. You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your account.
We sell credit packs and membership plans. Credits are used to generate images and videos. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Purchases are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers.
Credits and membership entitlements are described at checkout. Unused membership time is not an automatic cash refund except as required by applicable law. See the Refund Policy.
You retain your rights in the prompts you write, the files you upload, and the files you generate, subject to applicable law and these Terms. VideoAny does not claim ownership of that content.
You grant VideoAny a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and review that content only as needed to operate the service, including generation, customer support, and safety review. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep copies for legal, security, or payment records.
You are responsible for your prompts and outputs. You must not use VideoAny to create illegal or prohibited content.
You agree not to:
Any sexualized, nude, sexually suggestive, or exploitative content involving minors (CSAM)—whether real, fictional, cartoon, or AI-generated—is strictly prohibited. Content that may harm minors or help someone contact minors inappropriately is also prohibited. We may block generation, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.
You may not use VideoAny to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, including non-consensual sexual content, coercion, sexual violence, exploitation, or trafficking.
Prompts and outputs may go through automated safety review. We may block, remove, or refuse to deliver content that violates these Terms, including content involving minors or age ambiguity, non-consent, coercion, sexual violence, exploitative material, or other unlawful or restricted categories. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may lead to suspension or termination.
VideoAny, the VideoAny name, and our logos belong to ACKERMAN TECH SOLUTIONS LLC. AI model names on the site belong to their owners. You may not copy our site design, software, or branding except as allowed by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may ask us to close your account by emailing support@videoany.ai. We may also suspend access to protect the service, other users, or to comply with law.
VideoAny is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available generation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
If you have a concern, email support@videoany.ai first. We will try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by applicable law. We do not specify a court here.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you keep using VideoAny after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
